Whether you are a dancer or a musician, you can make the most of the possibilities that dance has to deepen your knowledge of the European baroque style.
Practical part:
– warm-up and technique of belle danse steps.
– Choreography to be worked on: La Bourgogne, composed by M. Pécour. This choreography contains a courante, bourrée, sarabande and passepied. It is included in PDF for download.
– Bring comfortable clothes. If you don’t have a dance slipper or rehearsal shoe (Jazz), you may bring light flexible shoes that reasonably support the foot or ultimately… socks.
